Dr. Bonavia is affiliated with the premiere health system in southeastern Wisconsin, Columbia St. Mary’s. He admits patients at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital – Ozaukee campus. This comfortable, state-of-the-art facility in Mequon, WI is an easy 15-minute drive from his office in Port Washington.

In an era in which many doctors have “hospitalists” care for their hospitalized patients, Dr. Bonavia still provides this personalized care himself. “When the people I care for are in the hospital, I know they are going through both a physically and emotionally difficult time and I want to be there for them,” said Dr. Bonavia.

The Port Washington Family Medical Clinic provides primary care through Dr. Bonavia and a Nurse Practitioner.

For the convenience of our patients, some specialty physicians also provide services at our office. X-ray and laboratory services are on site. Columbia St. Mary’s also provides Rehabilitation Services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy in an adjacent suite in the building.
